Masked Number/Can we export customer data?

As part of our continued efforts to uphold strong data security and privacy standards, the KwikEngage platform has introduced a feature that masks customer phone numbers. Going forward, only the country code and the last four digits of the number will be visible.
This change has been implemented as a governance and compliance measure and has been directly instructed by our legal team.

That said, this change does not restrict your ability to target or engage customers.

You still have full control to:

  • Create segments based on Shopify data.

  • Run campaigns or broadcasts to precisely target users without needing visibility of the full phone number.
